Booking Your Moroccan Tour With Tramp Imperial Travel

When you book a tour with Tramp Imperial Travel, you receive personal service from knowledgeable Moroccan travel experts. From single person to small and large groups, we are able to accommodate your request and are happy to arrange travel services suited to your individual needs. We want to work with you to create the best Moroccan travel experience for you.  So, whether you are designing a custom tour, joining a group tour or arranging a private tour with Tramp Imperial Travel, the booking process is designed to be a simple and straight forward procedure.

1. Submit Booking Request
After you have chosen the tour or travel option that you are interested in booking with us, the next step is for you to fill out a Booking Request Form. This form will provide us with the basic information we need in order to provide you with accurate pricing, confirmation of availability and departure details.

2. Receive Quote
Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email that your booking request was received. After we have reviewed the details of your inquiry, you will receive a more detailed response from us generally within 48 hours. As you may have specific preferences, requirements or special requests we may need to customize your itinerary to match those interests. A revised itinerary will be provided for you reflecting any special requests. At this point we work with you to custom tailor this itinerary for you.

3. Pay Deposit
When you have agreed on the itinerary, dates and price you pay us the security deposit as indicated by the itinerary. This deposit is typically 20% of the total price. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your tour is scheduled to begin. If you make a booking with us less than 45 days before the start date of your tour, you will be asked to pay the entire balance. You can choose to make payment via bank transfer, Western Union, cash, check or online payment via Paypal. We also accept at this time full advance payment for your tour at discount (please inquire for more details).

At this time, we request you provide a completed Reservation Form for each individual on your tour. This form includes your acknowledgement of risk and liability, acceptance of all terms and conditions and personal details for each person traveling with you. This information is used solely for the purpose of conducting your tour in Morocco and includes: full name (as written in passport), passport number, gender, date of birth, nationality and occupation. By submitting your booking with us, you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

4. Receive Confirmation
After we receive payment of deposit, your reservation for travel with us is confirmed. You will receive this confirmation via email and/or written confirmation. Along with this confirmation will be travel documents, which include your final itinerary, useful packing and travel tips and other information that you may need to know before arriving in Morocco.

Tramp Imperial Travel tours are land only and all airfare required must be arranged independently. We recommend that you book your international flights to Morocco before finalizing your tour reservations. We are able to provide you recommendations for possible flight itineraries or refer you to ticketing agencies that are among our travel agency partners. In any case, when your airline tickets are reserved we request that you please send us your flight information (flight number, arrival/departure date and time).

If you need to cancel your confirmed tour or you fail to pay the complete tour balance within the required period, you may be liable to cancellation charges.  After the tour has begun, we are unable to refund any money due to late arrival, early departure or any missed days during the tour. Please refer to our complete Terms and Conditions for details about cancellation, late payments and changes of itinerary. While we do not require travel insurance for participants on any of our programs, we do highly recommend that you consider a policy that suits your travel needs.
