Your adventure begins in the port city of Tangiers tospend time exploring its bustling medina.  The next stop is the tranquil town of Chefchaouen, where the spring that nourishes the valley bursts forth from the mountain, and a renovated 15th century Kasbah still stands.  From there, travel to the ruins of the Roman outpost of Volubilis to see the well-preserved mosaics that still dot the old city. Journey on to the intellectual and artistic capital of Morocco, Fes.  There, you have the opportunity to visit historical and cultural sites, as well as observe artisans as they masterfully create their wares.  Your evening meal is in a beautifully restored, 19th century palace restaurant, Al Fassia.  The next day, travel to the political capital of Morocco, Rabat, home of the royal family.  You have the chance to visit the city-within-a-city, the Kasbah of the Oudayas, before returning to Tangiers.
